Avast would automatically move the known threats which are recorded in its database into the Virus Chest. Automatically move known threats to chest: The option comes turned on by default.Automatically move detected threats to Chest: With this option, Avast automatically moves the virus files in the virus chest.You would be able to move the file to the virus chest, ignore the file, or remove the file permanently. Always Ask: Enabling this option, Avast would always ask you to choose the action on detecting any kind of threat.In the Main settings, you would be able to set what action should be taken when a threat is detected. It is required to click on the OK button after making any type of changes in the shield to save the settings. The left side tabs are provided to set the options in the Avast Behavior shield. ![]() Configuration changes should be made only if you know well about the malware protection principles. Avast Behaviour Shield checks for malware in real-time, therefore, it is recommended to keep the shield on. ![]()
